 Lauto Business was founded in 2023 with a mission to minimize inventory risk for retailers through an innovative consignment model. Operating out of Florida, we partner with over 300 convenience stores and retailers to provide high-quality, in-demand mobile accessories like chargers and cables. By acting as the middleman and handling inventory replenishment, we allow merchants to focus on their core business while ensuring customers easily find the products they need. Rapid early growth across the state has fueled our vision to expand nationwide, with goals of partnering with 1,000 retailers by 2024. Beyond accessories, we aim to add more product lines and become a one-stop shop for quality items.

Israel Macedo Lauto, 

CEO

Meet Israel, our visionary founder and CEO. Israel began his journey as an officer in the Brazilian Armed Forces. After transitioning to the reserves, he started his entrepreneurial journey in the automotive parts, lubricants, and fuels industry in Brazil and, with his vision, strategy, and persistence, built diversified businesses that now encompass investments, startups, real estate, and food distribution. Israel is a brilliant leader with an inspiring story. His decentralized leadership and focus on hiring and motivating the best management teams have allowed the company to grow sustainably and profitably. Israel is known for his integrity, skilled negotiation, and ability to find opportunities where others do not see them. Under Israel’s vision, our company focuses on delivering superior value to customers through innovation, impeccable service, and high-quality products. He embodies the core values of our brand: innovation, excellence, integrity, sustainability, and customer-focused entrepreneurial spirit.  

Ricardo Guimarães, 

Executive Director

With expertise in technology innovation, processes, entrepreneurship, and philanthropy, Ricardo is a versatile Italian-Brazilian leader. Holding a degree in IT, he excels in decision support and has extensive experience in finance, logistics, production, HR, sales, marketing, and industrial automation. Ricardo has held significant roles in renowned corporations like Coca-Cola, Allied Domecq, and IFF. His adaptability and prowess span various sectors. After leaving his position as Director of Technological Innovation for Latin America, he embarked on a unique journey, exploring Brazil with a flying boat ultralight, leading him to manufacture and export these ultralights. Ricardo’s diverse background includes consulting for the United Nations (UNDP) during the General Elections in Mozambique and establishing an international network of direct sales independent distributors spanning 28 countries. He co-founded and presided over a foundation providing assistance to children in need. With his exceptional leadership and strategic vision, Ricardo plays a pivotal role in our company’s success and growth. Under his direction, we will continue to thrive and make a significant difference in the market and people’s lives.
